200 × 300 mm Plastic Crates

200 × 300 mm plastic crates are used for storing, sorting and transporting small parts and materials. Their compact dimensions help organise products on warehouse shelves, in workshops and in production areas.

The Hipaş range includes flat-base, ribbed-base and open-front crates, providing options for different storage and access requirements.

Dimensions and Base Options

200 × 300 mm refers to the crate’s external width and length. The range includes external heights of 120 and 200 mm. Internal dimensions vary by product.

Crate selection should take account of the contents’ dimensions and total weight, as well as the available shelf space. Check the selected product’s internal dimensions to determine whether the contents will fit.

Flat-base crates have a smooth base structure, while ribbed-base crates feature reinforcing ribs beneath the base. Load capacity should be checked in the relevant product specifications.

Solid and Open-Front Crates

Crates with solid sides and bases keep small parts together during storage and handling. Stackable versions allow crates to be arranged vertically.

Open-front crates provide access to contents from the front. This design supports parts picking and material organisation on shelves and at workstations.

Lids and Accessories

The HP-20X30 crate lid is available for compatible crates. The product group also includes the H-3220 BL transparent window accessory. Lid and window compatibility must be checked against the selected crate.
